RETURN & GUARANTEE POLICY

Return policy

Our return policy gives you the right to return any product purchased and receive a refund of the full amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of receipt of your order. Note that the watch must be in exactly the same conditions (new) that you received.

You receive an email from our returns department confirming the registration of your return and refund of the amount paid you will receive a maximum of 10 working days following receipt of the confirmation of their return. If you have not received this email in a maximum of two weeks from the date you returned the package, please contact our Customer Support indicating your order number and tracking.

We strongly support you, as a customer, make sure that the item receives the delivery is correct and is in perfect condition. If you received a wrong item or damaged, please contact our customer service within a maximum of seven days to claim.

The cost of shipping back the watch must be paid by the customer.

Guarantee Policy

What is considered a problem of Guarantee and what not?

Warranty period:>/b> two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects watch (movement, case, crystal) own belt. Other parties other than those listed above are not covered by this warranty. For this warranty covers replacements, use our contact form on the "Contact Us" page. In the email you must specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem. Finally, type "Claim purchase" as email subject and submit.

Please note that repairs / replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty period.

  • Failure or damage caused by misuse or neglect (knocks dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Failure or damage caused by a repair or modification unjustifiable
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster like an earthquake
  • Cosmetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (small scratches, etc. on the box and / or glass, discoloration and peeling belt plating)
  • If the store and the date of purchase are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten If the warranty is not presented with the clock.
  • The battery replacement is charged even during the warranty period. The case, dial, hands, glass, strap or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

Cancellation policy and claims

TS Watches International SA ship to worldwide. Deliveries are made in collaboration with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return the goods delivered by contacting the customer service of Watches Technosport via e SALES@TS-WATCHES.COM with your order number and the reason for cancellation, in a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise provided the goods have not unpacked and is in the same state in which it was received. However, the cost and risk of the transport of the goods returned to Ts Watches International SA at its own expense. In cases where you as a customer, make that delivery is delayed so much that you no longer wish to receive the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. It is important that you as a customer to check the goods / products when you receive the shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether visible or concealed damage, you must report it as soon as possible to the carrier. Please provide the order number and the reason for your complaint and we will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Ts Watches International SA should be treated as having no defects. It is extremely important that all returns, the product is packed in a way that cannot be damaged. Ts Watches International SA has the right to replace defective products for other products of the same model. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
